We’ve used this company multiple times in the past when we needed assistance. However, we encountered some very unprofessional and sarcastic treatment from Anthony. I’m not sure why Anthony kept insisting that I lick the batteries repeatedly while giving me unnecessary opinions. If I wanted his opinions I would’ve asked. All I wanted was someone to come out and do the job without unnecessary nonsense. Pretty strange.
This is hands down the best locksmith in Albuquerque, I’ve been here about 6 or 7 times and they’re always incredibly knowledgeable and quick to give you a simple straightforward solution to whatever you need. 10000/10 would recommend
Amazing help and service! I was flying back to ABQ from a trip out of town to discover I'd lost my keys. Not only did the staff cut me new keys, but net me at the airport with them and the invoice. Crew member Tye even threw in the few blocks ride to my car. Highly recommend!!!
Great 24 Hour service! Got locked out of my vehicle in the early Sunday hours and these guys didn't hesitate to come out and get it unlocked for me. Fantastic service and the technician was very knowledgeable and fast.
Update: Owner claims that he apologized during our original interaction, but he did not. He has reached out after the review to show that the employee had marked me down for 9am and that they'd still be happy to do the repair. That is not what I would call making amends. Would never put my car in the hands of this company.Original review: Came here today exactly at 8am as I was instructed in order to drop off my car for an expensive service. No one was there, the door was locked, and the CLOSED sign hung with "will return at 8am." (See photo.) I waited several minutes, gave a call, no answer. My friend was also waiting because I had to set up transport off site. Called again at 8:15am and got the owner. Told him I was told to drop my car off at 8am for the service, and he said the employee was mistaken, they open at 9am, and I would have to come back at 9am. I told him also that the sign says 8am. He said he would know the right time because he's the owner and it's been 9am for twenty years. (His tone was also very rude, even though I was 100% cordial with my voice.) I told him I might have the service done with a different business, and he simply said that was my decision.What a good business owner would do is take responsibility for his employee's mistake, realizing how it inconvenienced his customer (both customer and friend needed to wake up early and both would have to drive out to same location twice), and he would've been apologetic and even offered a small discount. But instead it seems he either doesn't want or need the money. Good thing there are other locksmiths out there. I will never become a new or long-term customer with Flying Fortress with such customer service. Seems I dodged a bullet to know early on how mistakes are handled. If you want a business you can count on for important things like security, search elsewhere.
