Tristan came out to our place to get a frozen front doorknob unstuck. I was told it would be an hour wait; he was there in maybe 15-20 minutes from my call for service. Brandon was able to help us get a new key for our car. We had lost it and we were never able to find it, gave Anchorage Locksmiths a call and they were able to get us scheduled the next day! These guys were great. I showed up around 4pm to have two key remotes programmed and one key blank cut and programmed (all aftermarket parts I bought online). They were very knowledgeable during the entire process of cutting a new key as my original key was practically worn all the way down (took the time to scan my key, use that to cut a spare blank, run through 5~ iterations of cutting more keys using their spare blanks to make sure they had the right pattern before cutting the blank I brought in), and only took about 10 minutes to program the key remotes I brought in to have programmed and paired to my car. I would not hesitate to go here again, and would have full confidence recommending anybody I know to them. Very friendly dog too!
