What an amazing and professional experience! Yen was honest and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. He fixed a broken lock without replacing it, while he could have easily charged more for a new one. He did some other work as well. It was so nice dealing with a professional person who didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into buying something I didn’t need. I will always use Northstar and highly recommend them!
I went in there to have my apartment key copied, and a lady came out from behind the counter and Wouldn’t make a copy of a key because it said do not duplicate she was very condescending. Telling me I need to get all these kind of papers to verify. So I just went to one of those self-service kiosk and got it done. The lady had a very bad attitude.
