They were super quick to answer the phone & then the technician Joe was quick to get in contact. Showed up in under 30 mins & had the truck opened quickly!

This company is a little shady. I feel like they're just a forwarding service. I called and a guy took my info and said he'll have someone with a company call me back with a price quote. I rec'd a call within 5 mins from a 516 area code with the caller ID showing "All Garage Door Services". Spoke to a David. He gave me a price range and I set up a time for him to stop by the next day. He stopped by and quoted me $160 to replace my key fob. 30 mins later he was done. Here's where it got shady. The price went from $160 to $200 because he said "they charge $20 service fee" plus taxes and 3% fee if I pay by credit card. I agreed as there's really nothing I could do but pay since he finished the work already. I gave him the credit card and he processed it. I had him email me the receipt. He was nice and we chatted for a little bit. Later, I checked the receipt and it shows it was a $210 charge. I feel this is such a shady tactic. Just tell me the full amount up front and go from there. Don't give me a lowball amount, do the work, then charge me $60 extra.
