I was told my technician would arrive in 30-45 minutes— 2 hours passed. I called multiple times for a ETA only to be told “the technician will reach out”. When the technician did finally reach out, they said they were in traffic even tho we could clearly hear on the phone that he was not. I’ll be finding a different company for sure
I called because my daughter was locked out of her car. Her keys and phone were in there. I asked for the price they said it would be a $15 call fee plus $35. I sent them to her. They were fast and friendly; however, the bill was $150, not what I was told! They did apologize, but need to communicated better that it's a $35 starting fee not the actual total.
