Entirely too expensive, and they know that. I asked him how much it was on the phone, he didn’t provide an answer. Nonetheless, he responded and come my assistance very quickly. I was very satisfied with the service UNTIL he told me it was $100…Unfortunately, I’ve locked my key in the car before however the last time this happened, I was fortunate enough to get a service to come that does not overcharge at all. $75 and they came from 35 mins away. Versus this gentleman who came in 5 mins, but charged me $100.All in all, they have great service but the price is way too much. Had I’d known, I would’ve waited.
Yall. I cannot tell you how great these guys are!!! Long story short, that involves a copper head in the backyard, my toddler locked himself in our house with my 9 week old infant in the crib. Before you get up on me, yes, I have a hide-a-key, but not for the back door. And, no, I could not get through the front door because for the first time EVER I decided to lock the storm door's deadbolt, which can only be accessed INSIDE THE HOUSE. Anyways, after trying to coach my toddler through the window into unlocking the door (and failing) these guys literally dropped what they were doing and IMMEDIATELY came out to the house. Did I mention that my husband was on a golf trip? Well, he was. So here comes the locksmith super hero, parting the sea between my neighbors and in-laws who have all descended upon the house (to my toddler's delight), and he calmly and efficiently gets us into the house! And during this time, he's talking to my toddler telling him "to go check on his baby brother in the crib" and "cover your ears" when things got loud. I cannot thank yall enough!!! highly recommend!
My daughter's purse was stolen along with the only key to her car. Urgent Locksmith was quick and did the work at a decent price. Unfortunately, a new key fob is expensive these days but Urgent's prices are better than most I found. This is actually the second time I used Urgent. The first time was when my other daughter locked her keys in her car. In that instance, like this time, they were quick, very professional and charged a reasonable price. I'm keeping their phone number.
I haven't needed a vehicle unlocked in years. When I called I actually spoke to someone that would be unlocking my car not a service that gives everyone your number. It was more personal. Once he unlocked my son's car he then proceeded to help him look for his keys and even unlocked the trunk where the keys ended up being. Will definitely use again if needed.
