Come to find out when he shows up that he's unable to rekey two door handles for... reasons?It feels like a bait and switch to me. I asked for the deadbolt and handle locks on 3 doors to be rekeyed. At no point during the initial call to book or the scheduling call with Alan was I asked any clarifying questions that might have surfaced any issues.What was supposed to cost us about $200 ended up twice that. And he left a mess in our house that we have to clean up now.Two stars because 3 of the locks were rekeyed. Will not do business with this company again.
Excellent customer care. My storefront door wasn’t closing properly, and Nick came out same day to repair it. It now shuts perfectly. Fair price too!
