My daughter locked both keys in my car at the worst possible time. I called and they said someone should be there in 20 minutes. A tech called and said they had an issue with another client but would call his boss and see if there was a closer tech. He called me back and said the owner would be there in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later he was there and I was on the road. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and understood my situation. With modern technology and with the way everybody should know the truth, I am leaving this review so that anybody else who is in need of any key related services they will know better than to waste their time with advanced lock and key. Overlooking the fact that they are a company that provides a 24 hour service.Whenever you may be in need, believe me when I say they are definitely the most highest price company out there. Every single person that I came in contact with at this establishment was very rude to the point of acting as if they were the only company around that provides and does what they do. The short gentleman that I dealt with explained to me that he had been doing this a long time and also , ended with , if you find anyone around that provides what you're looking for cheaper , please let me know cuz I would like to meet them! So I did find someone that was offering the same item for $75 less than what they quoted me. So to those of you in need, shop around cause, you will find someone much friendlier at a much better price than the one that these people are offering!
I called on Valentine’s Day locked out of my house with my kids and late to dinner and he was so helpful and answered right away and could come out immediately. Two minutes later kids got in house through a window so I did not need his service, but if I get in this situation again I will definitely be calling him. Great customer service 10/10 recommend

I called 911 and was referred to Advanced Lock & Key for an emergency child lockout.They arrived unbelievably fast, jumped out of their truck, and had my car unlocked in seconds. We were literally in tears from relief.What truly sets them apart: the service (emergency child lockout) was completely FREE.
