Ben was incredibly professional from start to finish! He was prompt in his communications, reliable, honest, reasonably priced, had a great demeanor and was timely in his arrival. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with BA Locksmith & Security. Within the half hour of calling for service, Ben was at my door. He was extremely polite and professional, and he rekeyed all of my locks (many), plus made 6 spare keys, all very quickly and efficiently.
