I locked out my bedroom's door and call for a service, was quickly and the technician came after 15 minutes. When the tech arrives he told me it was gonna be $440 to unlock the door, I was surprised but he told me he could give me a discount of $300 but at the end I negotiated till $120. It was quick he just used a special key took 5 seconds to open the door and then left.
