Chris was an amazing professional. He was a great sport and managed to get us into the car fast and at a price that cant be beat. He was verry communicative and fast in his response. If I ever need help again they will be the first ones I call.
This was my first time meeting Chris. He was not just on time but early, professional, kind and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond the requirements of the job, followed through on everything he promised over the phone once we met in person and charged me $30 LESS then the LOWEST point in the price range estimate he initially provided.It took him less than 10 min to complete a job that would otherwise require a 6 to 8 hour window at the dealerships & he charged me 340% LESS than what the dealership wanted from me for the SAME JOB.This means I would have wasted an entire 8 hour workday just to give the dealership— who definitely would not have told funny & interesting stories while I waited as Chris did— causing 10 min to feel like 2 min— just to pay them an additional $425 for the EXACT SAME JOB.I could not possibly be any happier with the work that was done— I feel like the dealership wanted to rip me off and Chris saved the day for my mother— who I was getting the work completed for.I would HIGHLY recommend getting your service done with Chris rather than ANY car or truck dealership I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend.We got an estimate for a car key fob from another company for $380 (and we'd have to go to them). We called (got a referral) to get a price check. He was considerably less, and came to us.Communication was good. He responded to all messages and answered the phone. He sent an ETA when he was on his way. He did what he needed to do, and went on his way.Can't beat it.
