I had an issue with my lock today and couldn’t lock it from the outside. I called Lior in the morning, and they got back to me right away. They resolved the problem quickly and professionally. They were extremely knowledgeable and even identified additional issues with the lock that I wasn’t aware of and explained everything clearly. Excellent service and expertise, I highly recommend them to everyone!
