Bobby and crew are amazing to work with. I used their services twice in one week! I needed a key fob done for my German car and they did an excellent job. Also had to have new locks and key pad installed on my house. Zee was amazing. He actually left my doors in better condition than he found them. He fixed minor issues while installing the new hardware. I cannot recommend him enough and highly recommend B & W locksmith services.i wish I had called them sooner. My house is secure and doors open and close effortlessly now.

My partner, sister, and I got locked out of our house at Midnight. We spent the entire night up until 6:00 AM trying to contact a locksmith to help us. Either insane prices (we're all students, we needed an affordable option), appointment based, or straight up rude. Nobody was able to help us, and we were getting really worried. That is, until I came across B&W!! They were the first affordable option to respond and provide a consistent quote. They were kind and understanding as well, unlike the dismissive competitors we tried to contact who didn't give us the time of day. Our technician was a saint. He was at our home in half an hour and our door was being a real pain, but he persisted and managed to get it open! Keeping in mind it was nearly -20 and the issue was complex, he worked very speedy! He was very kind, even said hi to the cats who needed to investigate the man that was making all the noise at the door. Not only that, but he stayed calm despite the door being very frustrating. The three of our were very nervous, but he kept composure while letting us hover to watch what was happening. I wish I remembered his name so I could properly thank him again, but we did send him home with some baked goods and I did love that I was able to tip on top of that. I could not recommend him and B&W enough! I will be recommending them to anyone that ever runs into a similar issue, and I will be using them again. Thank you so much!!
