Absolutely recommend this place over any other. I needed a car key recut and called In earlier in the day to ask if I could come as a walk in after running some errands and they let me know that would be possible. They also gave me a much cheaper quote than the other locksmiths. Unfortunately, my errands took longer than expected and Charleston traffic did what Charleston traffic does, which lead to me not being able to get there until after they were supposed to close. I called to see about coming a different day and they let me know they would stay later and wait for me if I was still willing to come. Daniel was INCREDIBLE, got everything done super fast and even gave me some advice for an issue I was having with my car. You can tell he is genuinely passionate about what he does and about offering an amazing customer service experience. If you want prompt and friendly service, this is the place for it!
Technician made a key for me that unlocked the door and cranked up the Engine and got it done for me in a very short amount of time and arrived very quickly. He was able to cut the key without having a key to cut it from so he had to do it from the Vin number and did a very excellent job
