Be mindful when using a debit card to pay for services. This is where they try to make additional money. I was charged 8.5% for taxes which is not the sales tax rate. When I called to speak to a manger, I was told “the manger is not available, I’ll have him call you back” and the person hung up on me. This is very disappointing because I’ve used this company on two other occasions but I never paid attention how they adjust the sales tax until today. Please be careful.
The service answered quickly and sent someone in the area right away. Cedric called to advise his eta and arrived as stated. He verified what was needed to resolve our lockout. Meant to leave this review back in March but that shows you how quick and effortless they were to contact and come out, it totally slipped my mind. Amazing company! Leo was very pleasant, even after I kept calling him Neal lol it was a rough day, my house had just been broken into. They did a great job and customer service and communication were on point. He replaced three locks and provided new keys, all completed exactly as I requested. Sedrick was courteous, professional, and efficient. After calling around and having another company, AKM, cancel on me David stepped in and helped me. He was very communicative from beginning to end. He kept me updated and was willing to answer all my questions and even gave me a quote over the phone in advance. He was punctual, professional and very courteous. He tripled checked all his work ensuring everything worked before leaving. I'll be sure to recommend him for locksmith services to everyone I know
