Told me they could do my key on Monday, that there machine was down. So I stuck it out waited until Monday and they told me that was a lie it was not down it is being replaced. Lieing to customers to retain their potential business is bad business.
I've used the Lock Shop quite a few times over the last 15 years and I've always been impressed. They've helped us with a garage keypad install, they had an inexpensive solution when we needed a very expensive key fob replaced, and they've always been able to cut a key for me on the spot for whatever random key I've needed copied.
Cool old time lock shop. Brought a Toyota truck key to copy because original was getting worn out. They were very fast and the new key works great. I was hesitant to go to local Ace hardware for key copy. Brought it to the professional and it was done right. Price was very reasonable also. Must stop here if you need any lock smithing needs.
