I never write reviews but cannot recommend this place enough. I ended up accidentally going to a kiosk previously that charged triple the price and they didn’t work. This took all of one minute, guy at front desk was great. I got 6 keys for $23.

They were incredibly responsive and able to send someone out the same day to help install an electronic lock.Aedan went above and beyond, offering thoughtful recommendations and helping me choose a better electronic lock than the one I originally planned. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice throughout the process.Because the experience was so positive, I later visited their Diversey location for key copies (thrilled to support a local business instead of Home Depot) and Xavier was just as great - friendly, quick, and with excellent customer service.One of my new favorite local Chicago businesses.
