He tested everything and lubricated the locks so they’re all working smoothly, and even taught me about my locks and the security aspects of my factory made original keys so I feel even safer in my home. I originally got myself a lock from Amazon and after less than a year it just fell apart sooo I called Nonstop and they were out RIGHT AWAY! Eduardo was my technician and he was awesome, he showed up so personable and professional, he swapped my lock, put in a door plate and walked me thoroughly through the instructions to make sure I knew how to change codes which was so helpful! I will definitely use them in the future when my other Amazon lock falls off!
Wasn’t sure if this was a place for commercial services or businesses, but they service the everyday customer. Robert is super nice and very helpful! The key selection is top tier???? I got a SpongeBob key (iykyk). I live on the Southside but lemme just say I’ll take the trip over here just to get my keys made!!! Worth the price (which is reasonable) quick and good quality.

Our condo lobby door got wrecked and need to be repaired, we were lucky to get Bobby today. Called in around 9 o'clock got an estimate on time they can come by which was 10:30am and they're serviceman was punctual. Bobby assessed the situation and let us know what needed to be done, gave us a quote and started working. Within 2 hrs, the issue was fixed. I would not hesitate to contract this company again and would even ask for Bobby again if he were available.
