Cost $400 to unlock car and took them over an hour to get out to us when we weren't that far away. Left a 1 star review at first but was told to change it to 5 stars by the manager (who called me directly, by the way, with a Florida area code) for a partial refund that never happened so I'm reinstating my 1 star.Don't get this place confused with Lock Stars LLC which is on Red Bank Expy like I did.
