THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS!!!! They lied to me about the price, they told me 125 and when the man got done with the service he said 207 , don’t trust these ppl, they are not honest at all.
Deceptive pricing. I called for a home lockout and was quoted $150 over the phone. Technician showed up in 40 minutes, took a look and said it would be $625+ fees “because it’s a difficult lock.”I could understand slight price variation from the quote, but to increase by nearly $500 is predatory and deceptive.I declined service, and he called back two minutes later to say he could do it for $200. No reputable company should do business like that.He popped open my “difficult lock” in about five minutes.
BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid $395 to have a key fob made (after being told it would cost $295). They showed up within 30 minutes after I called them and had the fob made in about 20 minutes. I thought all was well until I got in my car and noticed my radio, screen, etc. no longer turned on and my dashboard was flashing on and off. I called to ask for someone to come and fix it (thinking it was a quick repair) and was told multiple times that someone would call me - no one did. I called them repeatedly over the course of 3 days to try to get them to do something about the problem and only got the run around. "The tech will call you" "The tech is working another job right now" "My manager will call you" "I'll forward you to so and so". No one ever called and the people in "customer service" never even tried to ask me more questions or provide some resolution. It's all a scam. These people clearly don't know what they're doing. They have no real structure in place to provide the services they offer. They're working on sheer luck! Hopefully they don't mess up a car in the process! No terms and conditions. No warnings that something could go wrong if you use their after-market technology to get a new key made. And no process for dealing with customer issues. If this was a legitimate company, they'd have insurance or savings to handle situations like this instead of this run around and "I'll have someone call you" bs. I now have to pay another $1,000 to get my car fixed at the dealership. I've given them multiple opportunities to resolve this but they continue to play games and ignore me. I am disputing the charge and taking them to court.
