Mikhail is very responsive. He also is clearly a personable and kind man, but when working, all business. On a Saturday, upon discovering that a key ring with keys to multiple locks for my residence was missing, I called him. He answered immediately. He asked whether my situation was an emergency or urgent. I explained that my situation was “sooner rather than later” and of concern, and he said he could be at my place at 9am (on a Sunday !) — and he did arrive a couple of minutes before 9am. He had to re-cylinder all of the locks and make me new keys, and was done in just over an hour and a half. To further my point of this review, this was the second time I have called upon him for lock work. Previously, I had a recommendation to contact him. This time I knew who to call, and did sowithout hesitation.
This service was great! He was excellent. He came to the house quickly and got the job done fast. I would 100% recommend.
Mikhail was very prompt after I called him in the evening (I locked myself out of my condo)…had to replace my lock, but did a terrific job. Will use him again!!!
I had a great experience with Mikhail. I was in a tight spot as a tenant moved out and locked her keys in the unit so I had no way to get in. He came out within the hour and he was able to quickly replace the lock for me. He had great communication and was reliable. I definitely recommend Mikhail
