My fiancé called about needed a lock replacement for the door charging us over $200 guy came out and did it less than 8 minutes but looking upon how it was placed and was not placed properly this job and parts was not worth over $200 look at the pictures. I understand its a old door but your tech could have called you and said hey its not fitting properly and not doing nothing about it. This is how service is in 2025 this is beyond sad.
I paid these people to fix my ignition because it wouldn't get out of acc to turn over. They came out later than what they said. The guy didn't try to make sure my truck turn over and start. When I called them back complain they were trying to say it was my starter which is a bunch of bs...the contently telling me for 3 days the tech will call and come back out. He did no such thing. I feel they only keeping the good reviews and erase the bad ones. I'm going to copy and paste on my fb. They charged me $300 for nothing and refuse to do the job professional like he was supposed to. This shop doesn't deserve 4 stars. I have to take further action now...
I broke my key off the fob. Called Mikey Lock And Key Cleveland. They Literally showed up in about 35 minutes and got the job done less than 5 minutes. If you need a reliable service and reasonable cost. I highly recommend their company 10/10.
Mikey Lock and Key Cleveland was an awesome experience, the place of business was conveniently open on a Sunday. I was thankful for that. Also, I had a key that was broken in half and held up with black tape. Mikey was able to still cut me a key despite the key being broken. He was efficient, kind, and gave me a deal for the second key. I would recommend everyone to this place of business. Get your “car key made” at Mikey Lock and Key Cleveland located on pearl rd. I needed duplicate car keys made for my vehicle. I stopped at this locksmith shop and they were able to make my replacement keys immediatly the same day. They were very professional and fast. I was made aware that they have 24 hour services as well. I would recommend them highly.
