They may be great, but I couldn't tell, as I called several times when I was locked out and desperately trying to get in, and every time it sounded like somebody picked up then hung up a second later. In fact, it was so consistent that it seemed more like a faulty answering machine.Either way, when locked out and trying to urgently get in, not to mention having limited and potentially short phone battery life, wasting time (and battery) calling a business that states they're open 24 hours only to find them unreachable is a problem.
