I had Locksmith Solutions out 2 times over the last few months. The owner/operator and this company is "top notch" for quality work, results you get, personalized and dedicated focus by the owner/operator. He's a great listener and is really dedicated to helping all customers who reach out to him for locksmith needs.After the excellent experience in August, I contacted him to install a patio door lock in December that has at least a keypad and a physical key lock.I called the main locksmiths in Colorado Springs because there are very few locks like this for a sliding patio door available on the market. Every single locksmith in Colorado Springs told me "there is no lock like that available" as I needed for my patio door.Only Locksmith Solutions told me, "I will research this, find the best 'lock solution' for your needs and get back with you on the best options." He followed-through, did the research and came back with the top 2 best options available on the market.After we discussed the options by phone, I chose the absolute best solution he found. Then he ordered this specific lock for me at a price point lower than I would have paid on Amazon or other supplier.Locksmith Solutions provided a high quality solution to a need when all the others I contacted were either too lazy to research or had inferior knowledge of 2025 modern locks and new lock technology.He installed the sliding patio door lock with a keypad and physical lock. Amazing job of installing a very complex schlag system. Price was great and the quality of work great as well. They were quick to respond and actually came out the same day I called. You can't go wrong with using Locksmith Solutions!
