Please read to save yourself! This company is nothing but random dudes with drills, hired them to do a lockout, they didn’t even try to open the lock. This was a $1,000 handle set that any actual locksmith would know you can’t drill out. Drilled it, DRILLED THROUGH MY DOOR AND THEN KICKED IT IN. Then brought us the wrong part and proceeded to try to charge us $260 and wouldn’t leave till we gave them money! Not to mention didn’t even verify my identity or proof of residency

Got a extremely high price and when I asked for the brand name of the cylinder he replaced he didn’t give it to me and said it has a 5 year warranty that’s why it’s so expensive. Haven’t seen any warranty or any emailed receipt, when I call them They put me on a transfer and it automatically hangs up every time. Also found it weird they don’t take card payment and only Venmo? With an eight dollar Venmo charge?
It has been 4 days and I still have not seen a receipt. I keep being told they can send me one and they still haven't. Waaaay overcharged without giving me the estimate I asked for from two different people.
