Solid service - I was connected with the locksmith immediately upon calling, and they arrived in under 15 minutes for service at my location on a Sunday morning. The locksmith was a Kind and courteous service provider. Pricing was on the high end of what I expected to pay and i was unexpectedly told there would be an added “service charge” fee at checkout, which was not communicated upfront. But, they were kind to negotiate when I was disappointed with the last-minute notice of the charge. Overall, worth the price for the quick, thorough service and a great relief from a stressful lockout situation. I’m very grateful for their service!
Called them to ask a question and ended the call after learning it's a call center with no physical location. Immediately received multiple call backs asking why I didn't want their services, even after asking them not to call me again. They also started texting me from different numbers. Do not recommend simply because it seems scammy and aggressive.
