It was great that they answered my call immediately on Sunday morning February 1st .The Technician Andrew was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to unlock my car and make my ignition key for a out 20 min. Most importantly they came to me in lest than 20 min. This guy was a life saver.Thank you Andrew you are the best. I called to get my car unlocked. They told me tech ETA was within 20mins. 45mins after, no one showed up. I called back twice to check on any updates, they kept telling me management will call you back in 5mins which never happened. Finally, management called me, when I asked why they promised services in 20mins yet an hour had passed, he was so rude and hanged the phone. Eventually, tech arrived he apologized for running late. Horrible management team, will NEVER recommend or use them again.
NEVER and I mean NEVER use this company for your locksmith needs. I will bullet/number my experience for ease of the ready.1. requested for a NEW lock to be intalled to a door AND the new lock was already present on site. I simply needed it to be installed.2. Spoke to 3 different people before someone arrived. (they spoke little to no English)3. Qouted me $700 to install the lock.....I refused...he called me back and asked what the max I would pay. I said $300 and he agreed.4. HeLeft--stared to install the lock later in the day (why he left I have no idea) and then told me he needs $475 to install the lock.5. I refused because a price was already agreed on. Had to call manager. I was told they would do it for $300.6. Then AGAIN the tech told me it would be $410 to install the lock (while already installing it. )7. Again I refused and called the manager. NEVER got a call back8. The tech called me, demanded payment and refused to set the pin.... I asked why he couldn't set the pin and gave NO clear answer.9. I called office and asked to speak to a manager AGAIN...NO call back. In the meantime the tech FLED the site.10. Now I have a lock on a door, and the pin can't be set because the installed broke it and Management wont call me back.STAY Far away from this company!!
While the technician did his job as far as opening a rental property for me on 8/8/25, the entire experience was not good. I paid $600 to unlock a "high security" schlage encode plus smart lock because it had to be drilled off. The technician proceeded to do the work and never once mentioned the cost. Mind you I could have asked, but was in a frantic state at the time, so I didn't as I assumed it would be a couple hundred dollars. The deadbolt was left on the door and the door is severely damaged and now needs replaced. I called the company back the next morning 8/9/25 to explain the situation and was told a member of management would call me immediately after we hung up in about 5 minutes. It is now 2+ hours later and I still haven't received a call from anyone. While i think $600 is outrageously expensive, the job should have been done without damage to my door. If the job couldn't be done without damaging the door, that should have been communicated to me prior. I would like someone to help resolve this as soon as possible as I've called the office several times and now get the "we're unavailable to take your call" message.
