Very professional & on time. Only issue was we were quoted a price originally by one person & was called back on another day by another person & was informed it would be $100 more as it was not a complete quote the 1st time. That said, I will still recommend them
Let me start by saying, I had Derek take care of my situation. After my daughter threw my keys in the trash and I didn’t know until after the trash had already been taken out. I was very stressed because those were my ONLY set of keys and I have 2 other kids in school, that now had to miss school because of the situation.First I DID NOT have to get my car towed, they came to me which was a stress reliever.Secondly They unfortunately did not have my key in stock. So they had to order it and they got my key, got me into an appointment and got my key done within the matter of 24hours! Truly a blessing! They were so fast, polite, professional, prices are reasonable and just over all great!So thank you guys so much for everything! Truly a life saver!
Highly recommend Snap & Crack Locksmith!!! We had an issue with a lost car key- we had about 4 different locksmiths out, (long story short) who ultimately told us that they could not make a new key due to the ignition not being the original ignition on the car. Had the car towed to the Hyundai dealership who also had a locksmith come out, they couldn’t make a key. So the dealership wanted to charge us $2600 to replace the ignition and door locks to have a new key…. I found Snap & Crack locksmith who was able to come out and take another look at the vehicle. Jack is who assisted and he was EXCELLENT. He was able to take the door lock off and create a key based off of that. Just when we had little to no hope of getting a new key made, Jack made it possible, and helped save us a lot of money!!!! I will forever use Snap & Crack locksmith for any locksmith needs going forward!!! Great company and great employees! Thank you soooo much again for all your help!!
