Our leasing office had a really complex and unusual vertical and push bar style lock that we needed to get replaced. Multiple locksmiths had come out and told us that it would cost thousands of dollars to get it replaced but 911 locksmith came in not only was their job very professional and thorough but Raymond was amazing at explaining everything he did and if he needed extra parts he communicated that. Raymond is the BEST! I hired him under the pretence of just switching out my smart lock and what started as one task devolved into him fixing everything that has to do with my home security. He ran multiple errands to home depot and didn’t try to rush the process and made sure that I was able to practice all the smart systems before moving on to anything else.
