Bee's Keys was recommended to me, this was my first time using them. They contacted me promptly and setup an appt time/date, they were on time, tech called me before coming out, the technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. He was able to install a deadbolt lock and rekey three doors and make additional spare keys to where one key opens all doors. He installed them without any issues, after drilling into one door he cleaned up and thanked me for using them, I plan on using them again and would highly recommend

I called Bees Keys because they were recommended to me by several neighbors. I was able to get on the schedule for the very next day! August came out and fixed the lock on our door (all it needed was a new internal screw, which we of course had no way of knowing). He was beyond kind, very knowledgeable, diligent, and was cognizant of the short window of time I had for someone to be at the house. I was very pleased with the service Bees Keys provided, and will definitely be calling them again in the future should we have any more issues with locks!
Austin came to unlock my armoire and quickly found that my key wasn't long enough. He gave me a longer key which worked. It only took a few minutes. He also opened another cabinet for me.He was quick, efficient & pleasant.The price for the service was lower than the estimated cost. Very happy with the service.10/4 August returned because the key stopped working. He made an adjustment in the bottom of the lock & gave me a new key & everything works now. There was no charge for the adjustment. Always happy with the service.
