Please do not use these people they are scammers, very rude and unprofessional. They will definitely take advantage of your situation if you’re stranded and they are called out from a third party. I wished I would’ve seen the reviews first. Maybe this can help someone. First there is no manger to speak with they will tell the person that came out and he will rudely call you back and say he is the manager. They will not provide you with a receipt at all and they take Zelle payment so you cannot get your money back. If you’re using them thru triple A they will not consider the 60 dollars that they pay for you. They will make you pay for it. And the insulting part I was told I needed a new key after Ron could not fix it and paid 258 dollars and the key did not work . So I had wasted that amount of money to have to get my car towed the next day to a shop. This guy was so rude to tell me he wanted to try to fix my car and figure out the mechanic issue and if he fixed it that I would have to pay him more money for his time … smh do not use this company at all .
I called twice yesterday, my wife forgot her keys inside of the house, they said a technician will call sooner, never called or show up, fortunately, my wife was able to got in to the patio and opened the back door with a card. Not recommended for an emergency call.

I called house of keys because I lost my keys at the airport. The technician came and programmed 2 new keys for my Chryslervogyer 2021. He was fast, professional and did arlly good job ???? If you need a Locksmith in Dallas I would recommend them to anyone ????
