Perfect customer service. Super fast and very friendly. 5 stars well deserved
?????Outstanding service! They fixed my key fobs quickly and everything works perfectly now. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain what was needed and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend Metro Locksmith and will definitely use them again.
Very impressed with the service! In and out with a replacement key and fob for our truck in about 15 minutes, and at a very reasonable price. Painless! The sales person was very helpful and friendly. Will highly recommend to others.
Phenomenal service!! Highly recommend! I discovered them through a Reddit review and their service far exceeded my expectations!! If you’re looking for price transparency, kindness and excellent industry expertise, this is the place to go! Walk-ins are welcome!
I took my Escalade in to get a key cut and the new remote programmed. Logan was great. He cut my transponder key and made sure that it worked, he then went to program the remote. There ended up being an issue with the OBD2 port not reading voltage. Again the fellas there we're able to suggest a fix that was indeed the issue. I'll be going back to finish up that remote. I've used this business since it started in Ankeny, and will continue to use their services under the new to me ownership. You can't ask for a better experience.
