The entire team was extremely helpful as we needed quick service at our property. The office staff (Keighan and Jessica) were helpful to get us scheduled and Michael arrived promptly and was quickly able to service and rekey our locks. Very impressed and highly recommend.
We called Edmonton Lock & Safe for assistance on this chilly winter day and received prompt scheduling. The Locksmith, Michael C., was fast and professional. He was able to repair our deadbolt and adjusted our fixture so that the door closure rested properly on the latch instead of putting pressure on the new deadbolt. Very happy with the service!
I had Michael C. As my technician for my business. Im always skeptical if someone will arrive on time but he was early and was waiting for us to open. He ensured the safe and its back up hinges were strong. He even welded the enforced hinge in our safe and painted it. He anchored it in our store. He was polite, he made sure to clear his shoes entering and leaving our store, he explained the safe , the codes and such. He informed our team it was going to get loud when he started to drill and he had a great portable vaccum to clean up the debris. He made small talk during the installation and even talked to the staff about how to get into the business of being a lock technician if we ever wanted to change careers. Excellent staff member, very happy with my experience
I called Edmonton Lock and Safe and they sent out their tech, Michael Connery that same day. They called and told me he was 20 minutes away and he arrived right on time. Within minutes, he fixed the issue (my front door wouldn’t unlock). He found ice build up in the locking mechanisms, took it all apart, applied a synthetic lubricant, and put it back together with no issue. While he was at my house, he offered to apply synthetic lubricant to the other doors in the house. Not only was he fast, professional, efficient and on time, but there were no surprises with the price. What I was quoted on the phone is what I paid - no surprises, just full transparency. Thanks, Michael Connery!
I had an issue with my front door lock and called Edmonton Lock & Safe. Michael Connery came out and did an excellent job repairing it. He was professional, quick, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the problem, fixed the hardware properly, and made sure everything was aligned and working smoothly before leaving. The craftsmanship shows — the lock feels solid again and the door closes perfectly. Really appreciate the quality work and the attention to detail.Highly recommend Michael and Edmonton Lock & Safe for anyone needing reliable lock or hardware repair. Great service from start to finish.
