Thoroughly disappointed with how Lock Surgeon does business. I called and was quoted the 139.00 plus tax and possible extras. I was agreeable to that. Then Matt came out and quoted me $318.00 to pick a lock. TO PICK A LOCK!!! A 5 MINUTE JOB. That's a poor way to do business. I chose not to pay but MATT insisted I had to pay the service call. A huge waste of money to have him come out and tell me it was $318... I paid the service call and sent MATT away. Never will I call them again. And yes, it was a 5 minute job, a friend came out and did right away!!!
Matt and Kyle were very timely, they fixed all three doors in the house. The workmanship was excellent. We feel no drafts from our doors anymore. Matt and Kyle were very knowledgeable and kind. They answered all our questions. They were very respectful of our home and they just did a fantastic job! Would recommend them to our family and friends. Thanks guys!
Great Location the guys at the Location are very experienced guys. The owner of the company was there also one of them owners he’s the first one there and the last one to leave and today’s a holiday so that tells you what kind of guy the owner is he also me a few freebies100% couldn’t ask for better service hands-down a wonderful company.
