If I could give a negative star rating I would! ?? I rarely leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves one. I brought in a Kwikset combo set with the SmartKey feature, which is designed to be re-keyed in seconds. I thought it would be cheaper and easier to handle it in the shop instead of a service call.From the start, there was no explanation, no greeting, and zero customer service. They quickly quoted me $20 per lock, and the entire re-keying took about 10 seconds. Despite that, they charged me over $43 plus tax. For context, the entire combo set on Amazon, which included two deadbolts and two entry knobs, cost me just $24 total.And to top it off, for that outrageous price, I didn’t even get an extra set of keys! They took full advantage by not explaining anything and charging a ridiculous fee for a simple task. I won’t be back, and I strongly advise you to think twice before going here.
I needed locks changed ASAP. I spoke with Laura. Not knowing what option was best for me, she was patient, knowledgeable and guided me on making the safest decision (for my needs).
