Holy hero moly these knight and shining armors. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the two gentlemen that came to help me get into my garage after I lost the remote.

Most guys would have given up. Every thing about the situation was difficult but they found a solution and I am seriously shocked.
Thank you so much for trouble shooting what seemed like the impossible

On top of that they went above and beyond to fix a broken door and reinforce a frame.
I had ppl attempt to rob my garage and broke the door but the guys at Curt’s put a metal frame on there so it’s good to go now and I feel much safer!!!!

I normally don’t leave reviews but had to say thank you again. Also all done with a reasonable price!!
Absolutely amazing people and customer service!!!
Thanks guys

I spoke with a lady today named Candy. She was incredibly rude toned. I know I tried to be as pleasant and accommodating as possible - especially because I was losing my voice and was trying to find correct information that she was seeking (which I was able to mostly provide). I was disgusted that I was treated so condescendingly because of her interactions with other customers in days prior, and was appalled by her tone as I had never personally spoken with her ever and was genuinely trying to accommodate and provide answers where possible. I hope Candy learns about customer service basics/decorum/tone of voice when speaking with individuals she’s never talked to previously since she obviously is frontline customer facing. I wish Candy well and growth in customer service.

I accidentally locked myself out of my house and called Curt’s Lock and Key Service, Inc. Curt dropped what he was doing and was at my place in approximately half an hour. He was professional, fast, and had me back inside in no time. Excellent service — I highly recommend Curt’s Lock and Key to anyone who needs quick and reliable help. Thank you, Curt! PS He undercharges for what he does!

I brought an entire house of locks to be rekeyed but didn’t realize they were kwikset locks. Instead of just educating me on how to rekey them myself, they happily took $180 for the five minutes of work and never let me know. I might have still let them do the work; but it says a lot about a company happy to take advantage of customers.

If you use them, please educate yourself so you don’t suffer my experience.

Called today to get a lock rekeyed. The gentleman on the phone was extremely kind and answered all my questions (I’ve never had a lock rekeyed before). They sent someone out right away today and fixed our lock. Everyone we interacted with was great. We will be using Curt’s for all our lock needs from here on out!
