I copied two keys. One of them works great, the other was copied wrong and doesn't work.

They cut my key wrong two times I ended up just going to a hardware store and having them cut it. They got it right he first time and it was half the price
I had two keys made but neither one of them worked. I have had keys made there before and they have worked great, but this time was a let down. So had to go to my hardware store to get more made, as I needed them right away.
