Thank you so much to Damien for helping us fix this door handle. This door handle was a very particular handle that needed to be reassembled. Damien was very knowledgeable and successful with helping solve my problem. Damiens was very personable and provided superb customer service. I’ll definitely be back for more service here.
My sister, who was visiting here, needed a replacement for her electric scooter. We tried multiple locksmiths with no help. We heard about A-1, and after numerous tests, A-1 was able to figure out that a Honda motorcycle key was a great fit. Thanks.
They made a door key for my camper that I pulled to the parking lot. They did it by hand and fast! I was impressed. This was about w years ago, just noticed I never gave a review, so better late than never.
I have used this locksmith previously and was a return customer. After this last experience, I will never use A-1 Locksmith again. I needed a new lock for a front and back door with the same key. This job required a forced entry, 2 mortise cylinders for 2 doors and I needed 5 keys made. This company charged me $714.45. They gouged me with egregious pricing and fees!
Just had 3 keys cut. Only 2 worked. It’s too much of a hassle to drive back to have the key re-cut, $4.50 wasted. Since the other 2 work I guess it wasn’t a total bust. I was just disappointed …Update: Just wanted to come back and say that I returned to the shop today and had a new key cut. Issue resolved. Thanks for providing good customer service.
