Not a good experience. Called this morning, was told he would be here between 12:30-1pm. Wants me to follow the call with a text to confirm, which I do right away. Calls at 1pm to confirm again, asks if he can come at 5pm instead. I'm locked out of my room where everything is including my car keys, a bit stranded till I can get in. I start to consider calling this other company I had to use 8 years ago (had left a review for them as well, they were excellent, I wish I had gone back to them, but they're further away). Retracts and says he can come for 1:30 but was a bit rude, shows up a little after 1:30pm. Tracks snow throughout the house. Over two minutes tries two different techniques, then gives up and says he has to drill it, cause it would be too expensive to keep him there to lockpick it. Takes a call where he tells the other person he'll be there in 15 minutes (made me feel he just took the easy route which is more expensive for me). Drills it and leaves metal shavings and half a drill bit on the floor. This experience is $171.00 for 15 minutes of work, plus the cost of a new door knob. Not good.Edit to note: company changed their comment on my review two months after the fact. Continuing to skew the story.

I recently had a torsion spring break on my garage door. I contacted Yoni at BZ. He let me know that he could fit me in in a few hours. He arrived exactly when he said he would and immediately got to work. He identified the problem and pointed out other issues with the door. He provided options and cost estimates with absolutely no pressure. As I was lax on maintaining this door I opted to have both springs, all rollers and cables replaced.
