I live in Illinois and I have a tenant who was locked out in Indiana in the early morning . One call and I had a locksmith at my business complex to get a tenant back inside who had left their keys inside.. The locksmith kept me up to date on time of arrival to getting my tenant back open just in time for store hours.. Two new keys later and an invoice text to me and paid.. All in under one hour..!!
