Needed to make a duplicate key fob for our Dodge Journey as we only had one working fob and needed 2. All contact was via text message, very quick response to all my questions. Was able to make a same day appointment for the fob, cutting the key and programming. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and the duplicate works perfectly. I believe the price for a duplicate fob depends on what kind you need, but for our particular car it was just under $185. I got a quote from a dealership and their cost was about $600, crazy.

Our insurance contracted this business to help us with a lockout. Blake was prompt and professional. He showed up with a smile and really helped ease an already stressful situation. The timeline they gave us was 45 to 75 minutes and he arrived on the dot at 45 minutes!!! He had the door open in less than 2 minutes! This was extra appreciated because we had just left the store with a big shopping haul and had nowhere to put all of our stuff since we were locked out. We will definitely call them for help again in the future!
I have a newer EV, a BZ4x, and I lost one of my keys. I was looking for something more economical than the dealer. This place was fantastic. They were able to program a new remote for me in minutes at a fraction of the cost. So glad I found them.The young lady who was working was actually fantastic. Polite, friendly and understanding. The shop was located in a small walk-up building on McCully Street. It was a little hard to find, but probably the perfect, secured, location for a small business.
