Terrible service. I was told it would take two weeks to get my key ordered and programmed so after I didn’t hear from them in over a month, I called and had to remind them who I was because apparently he had no intention of solving my issue from jump. The guy was rude and talked like I was doing him a favor and after waiting for his “guy” to call me to set up a time to program my key because the smart ass couldn’t do it or didn’t want to, I decide to give them a call two weeks later and I’m told oh yeah we can’t program it. So now I’m waiting on a refund to come in the mail. No telling how long that’ll take. I will update if my review is not removed. If you don’t look like him and you have an option, I’d advise you to take it!!!
My dad often comes here, and he always gets the best service. The guy is quick and friendly and has wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend.
