Had two keys that I needed and luckily MICHAEL B came to the rescue he was on time (actually early) and did a very quick and professional job. He left me the receipt with my key cuts on them if I ever loose another key and he was very polite and knowledgeable didn’t take up but a few mins out of my day and had me back in action quick. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while. I called a few days ago pricing out keys for my Chevy and everywhere I called would not cut the blanks or wanted entirely too much $85+ per key. I brought the blanks myself ($22 on Amazon) and each one was cut for $20. $62 total for 2x Sidewinder Transponder keys cut and programmed. GL finding a better deal!Everyone there is super friendly. From the guy who answered the phone, the guy who cut/programmed it and the guy at the front. The gentleman who cut the key took the time to program it for me as well, which he did not have to do. He went above and beyond doing that IMHO. I knew how to do it myself but it's little things like this that make a loyal customer out of me.The next time I need a locksmith I'm calling these fellas up!

The person working there was very friendly and helpful, it only took him a few minutes to program new key fob to my car, which worked perfectly. And the pricing was very reasonable.
