Incompetent and greedy at best.

Locksmith couldn't get a flathead screwdriver bit out of my ignition with an asking price of $500, then wanted me to front him $1000 to replace the ignition cylinder wholesale. If you want someone who's more than willing to rip you off and doesn't have the skills to back their price up, these guys are the ones for you.
