Kunal was great! He came on a weekend to help open one of our jammed locks. He is professional, knows what he is doing and very efficient. I highly recommend his services.
Kunal was amazing. It was almost 7pm on a Sunday night in freezing winter and our front door lock broke. I tried three locksmiths and this was the only one who answered! Even though his partner was out of town with their service vehicle, he was accommodating and came to our house to save us from sitting in our truck to keep warm. He was able to use what tools he had on hand to get us into our house and helped remove parts of the old broken lock so we could remove and install the new one more easily. He sold us a new lock (at cost) and even after he’d been paid and his job was done, he still coached me through installing the new lock via text messages. Fair price and not a money-grabber trying to overcharge for after-hour-service. He said the installation was easy enough to do on our own so we could save some money. And he STILL coached me through it! This man went above and beyond. Will DEFINITELY recommend to all of my friends and family.

Great man, came all the way from kitchener to Cambridge to unlock my room even at late night. He tried all ways possible to open it without picking or breaking the lock. Sadly I had a smart key lock so he had to drill it carefully without damaging door when nothing worked. Did it in way cheaper price than others. Such a resourceful and genuine guy. He knew what he was doing thoroughly. Thank you.
Left the keys in the room and locked it, got the number from google search and texted Kunal around 1.30 midnight he instantly replied and as it was not an emergency for me i asked him for the next day. Even though it was weekend he came on the commited time and was very professional and done his job with patience.. I would surely recommend them if you are looking for affordable price and wanted to handle professionally and in time.
