I believe ARD is the best locksmith in central Arkansas. I took four locks into them today to have them re-keyed to a lock I already had. Unfortunately, I bought these locks from Amazon. Found out the Amazon brand cannot be re-keyed. He did not even charge me for his time. Very professional, nice & friendly. I also appreciate they are a local family-owned business. Use their services. You won't be sorry.
I recently purchased a used BMW 430i and it only came with one key. I thought that theBMW dealership would be the only way to get a spare key.i found ARD locksmith on line and they were excited provide and to program a spare key fob for me.They worked tireless until they were done. They had pull my FCM computer out of the car.then they copied the codes and programming from the FCM and next they put the same code and programming onto the spare key fob. Next they reinstalled the FCM back in the car (with no damage to the unit) and cleared any errors. Finally they tested both key fobs just to make sure all the features worked. They also give an 90 day warranty. All that work and at a good price too! I highly recommend ARD Locksmith. See attached pictures.
They have good deals for Thanksgiving! I got a new smart lock and a new car key for my RAM at 50% off! ????????
Went yesterday to get four keys for a common padlock. The attendant did not know what blank key to use. After a few minutes he snapped some pictures and made a phone call. The person on the phone guided him to the right blank key. He then proceeded to inform me it was going to be $7 per key. I questioned the price and he lowered the price to $5 if paid in cash. I decided to leave. Drove today to my usual place for keys. In and out in less time than it took the attendant at this place to snap a picture and make a call. I was set back $8.63 total.Want to charge $7/key (common key)? OK, but be professional.
They came two months ago to make a copy of my vehicle key because my original key was lost. The young man who came was trying to insert the new key with pliers. I told him to stop and he had to call his boss. He told me that I would have one key to start the engine and another to open the doors. I refused and finally they left only one key. I had to go to Mexico and today when I returned the key does not work. I called them and they told me that their work only has a guarantee for one month. And if they come they will charge an additional cost for their work. I don't know what to do. I have to work and I don't have a vehicle.
