I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot.Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work.
