I called to ask about after hours service and the operator on the phone was rude immediately, explained I lived 25 minutes out of town asked for a rough estimate was told a rough price and then I was hung up on. Very unprofessional and rude.
Dave was very helpful in resolving an issue we had with an old mortise lock. He came out promptly to replace the unit and installed a new lock/latch combo in it's place and was very pleasant to deal with. Very much appreciated Dave!! Mailbox lock needed replacing. Called last week and was told they would have someone meet me in the next 2 hours, but they would phone when the locksmith was headed my way. I received a phone call less than 10 minutes later. Dave was amazing. Super personable and didn't leave until he made sure the lock and key were working. Lock and key are still working properly. No complaints here ??
Amazingly quick response. Was in the middle of showing our house to sell when we had an issue with the lock. Took a bit of time to drill out a stubborn lock, but David got us sorted out and was super friendly and job done for a fair price.
