My experience with this shop was very disappointing. I visited as a locksmith and came from a far area, but the way I was treated was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The person there had a very rude attitude and asked personal questions that were completely unrelated to the service.I felt disrespected and unwelcome, and the interaction lacked basic professionalism. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was poor, and the overall treatment was unacceptable. I hope they improve how they treat customers and respect people’s privacy.

We lost our keys to our bike rack. Rusty's Lock and Keys to the rescue. We dropped off the rack and in under an hour we were all fixed up. Kind, considerate and great to work with, everything you want in retail and locksmith shop.
