Two months ago, we bought a car from a dealership, but it only came with one key. The dealership said they would make a new one for us. Today, we drove to the designated location and met Bill Stone. He was driving a neon orange minivan, which looked like a small shop inside—so cool! When I gave him the old key, he gave me the wrong model—the dealership had given him the wrong information. He proactively contacted the dealership for us and even made me wait there for 45 minutes. Finally, we got an exact copy of the key! Excellent craftsmanship and trustworthy quality! I’ve seen these guys at Costco and was a little skeptical at first. But then a couple weeks later I was having issues with my key fob. Brought it to them on my next spree and they fixed it right away. Extremely fast and friendly service. Won’t be calling anyone else next time I need a new fob.
I had a really amazing experience with your team member Devante in West Valley City at the Costco on 10/09/2025. I haven’t had a working key fob in well over a year. Had to use the key this whole time. Dealership wanted like 500-700 depending if I wanted a key or not but it will not work without the key. As I was walking up he was very friendly asked if I needed a key made. Got all my information from me, quotes $269 for the key, fob and having it programmed plus tax. Immediately said yes, let’s me know about 20-30 minutes. Went shopping and come and he’s already done. Very clean work van too! Will recommend you to everyone I know!
